For the circuits I am working on now, I'm just taking sounds from my old computer games. I record them onto tape and then into a program called Cool Edit 2000, lots of options. They have a 30 day trial and I'm thinking of buying a copy as it works real well. Also a search on game sounds or game wav will bring up some basic stuff. I found some good voice sounds like "connection activated". Are you using an ISD or something else?
