Well i have connected up a normal LED to see what the outputs are outputting. The LED flashes on and off at the rate of about 3 or 4 times a second when connected to either of the two output pins. At least i know it is working, but the LED should be flashing the rate of 56,700 times a second! Not 3 or 4 times a second. If anyone knows why this is happening please let me know ASAP.
