If you flash an led at 56,700 hz all you see is a constantly lit led anyway. Is the code you are using designed to give an 'autofire' effect ? If it is what you are seeing are the 'shots', each flash being made up of a multiplexed 56.7 and 1.8 Khz signal being output for a short duration. Do you have a WOW sensor to test that it hits ?
